I'm new to this calorie counting thing...
I am 5'8 181 lbs and want to lose 25-30 lbs. I'm working doing 30 min of cardio 4 times a week combined with 30 min of strength training. Saturdays I'm doing 60 min of cardio.
I have been eating 1400 calories on the days I work out and then my rest days (Wed and Sun) I've been eating 1200.
I've only been doing this for a week and a half and lost 2 lbs last week. I figure I will only lose about 1-2 lbs/week.
Does this sound like a good plan to you??
