Hi everyone, I've lurked for some time and just registered. I just wanted to see if anyone else has tried this "diet":
All veg and fruit (esp beans and dark leafy greans for iron and protein)
Cheese-2 oz (2 inch cubes)
Nuts-any type (+ peanut butter 2tbsp/day) low sodium 2oz (1/4cup)
I figure, in order to keep cals up, if I have at 1 cup of whole milk, 1 apple, 1 banana, 2 tbsp PB, 2oz nuts, 2 oz cheese, it would = 1140 + all the other veg and fruit would probably put me over 1200 so I won't be in starvation mode.
So my question is has anyone tried something like this? If so, did it work?
BTW I'm not a big meat fan, and can go without, the thing that is going to kill me is not having candy and pasta/bread.
