Default good multi-vitamin?

hey everyone,

i'd like to start taking a multi-vitamin, but its overwhelming looking at all the brands at the drugstore...i've also done some research online, but again, the plethora of info is confusing along with overwhelming.
i'm in my late 20's, and in good physical health, for the most part.
any suggestions? what do you all look for/ like/ don't like?

thanks in advance

I'm on plain old Centrum. The One a Day's always made me nausous. When I tried Alli for a while, Centrum was what they recommended and it has just stuck. Very good as far as price as well!

I flip flop between plain Centrum and Rainbow Light Prenatal.

Depends on how my periods have been and if I feel like I need the extra iron or not.

I love love love Alive! multivitamins. I don't take as much as the recommended dose says but I can tell a HUGE difference in my energy levels when I take it!

This may be bad, but I use the Maker's Mark brand that Sam's sells. You can get a ridiculously big bottle of them for about 9 or 10 bucks and it'll last months. I use their calcium plus vitamin D supplement as well.

The past couple of months I've been taking echinacea and Vitamin C as well because I've been under a lot of stress and figured my immune system could use the boost. The stress has slacked off, but I figure I'll keep taking them until I finish up the bottles.

I use the Centrum Ulta Women's. It's an enormous pill, and if you have trouble swallowing pills, you may want to steer clear. Other than that, I like it.

I was on the One-A-Day Women's before, but they nearly always made me queasy for 30 minutes after taking them, regardless of whether I'd eaten or not.

I use Nutrilite Double X because they are organic and controlled from farming to distribution. Also, they are developed so that your body breaks down and uses the nutrients in them better. Health care workers call most vitamins 'bed pan bullets' because the body does not even begin to absorb them. Hope this helps!
