S/C/G: 192/maintaining mid 120's

Height: 5"8.5" 49 yrs

Default Metric for Weight Loss Rate

Howdy,
Does any one know the rate for sustained weight loss? I have heard 1-2#/week as well as percent of one's one weight. Just wondering if anyone knew something a bit more definite with a linked source.
Thanks,

Default

1% of body weight

10% over 6 months

Are two sites I found. I like goals based on an individual body as opposed to a general 1-2#/week.
