I have a question about the Special K drink, Tammy. Does it have milk in it? I'd like something that I could grab in the mornings that would keep my blood sugar up until I get to work, but can't have milk.

Welcome Veronika I am used to eating breakfast, hubby and I have coffee and then leave for work, we are hungry on the way so we have breakfast before we get to our business. I say have fruit with every meal and you can have it as an afternoon snack. Hope this helps. GOd bless. Tammy

GeoKasher I am not sure if the Special K drink has milk, but I have some in the refrigerator at the shop and am working in that store tomorrow and will look and let you know. God bless.

My husband has just been terrific - he's spent hours on the internet searching for another "baby" to fill that hole in my heart. But no pet will ever replace her.

Hugs to you….My furry daughter only 2 , but I can not imagine what is going to happen to me if she will be gone…sorry for your loss. If I may suggest…I read the book once about people loosing pet and how they go thru such a hard time, and it was suggested that new puppy should not be brought into the house until owner took time to grieve the lose and be emotionally ready for new dog. What they said is, you feel so emotionally weak now that you will not be able to have strong energy and be a pack leader at the moment, so you should really take a month or so to grieve before you have new pet.

I follow Paul McKenna’s 4 golden rules and it is working for me well. I don’t lose fast, just 1 lb in a week, BUT I feel free from diet, I never hungry, I don’t gain weight.
I still have a little problem with stopping eating on time (I am ex emotional eater…last couple of years was a little too much that I can handle). Well, I am working hard on listening my body , but so far I am very happy that I am not gaining and I did lost a pound!

I have read this book - I LOVE the premise of the Four Rules. It just was not for me. However, I still listen to the cd all the time...sometimes when I go to sleep.
