I've been wearing my go fit armband for a couple weeks and love it but now I have questions......
What percentage of fat, carbs and protein should I be eating. My calories are at 1470 and a burn goal of 2400 which I usually meet or slightly exceed. So far I usually eat 52% carbs, 26%protein and 21% fat. For a loss of 2 lbs per week what is ideal? So far I just eat helathy and count calories but I'm wondering if I change the percentages a little what the results would be..... any ideas on this would really help.
