Wow, that is great that it is all online for free.
I actually did better on the plan before they had this plan.....the plan that allowed only 2 bread selections per day....more like the original WW plan.
One of the old, old WW books has the entire plan in it. It is very similar to the selection plan but the breads are far fewer.
When I started eating more food during the selection plan I stopped losing completely.
But it could also be because I am 4'11" and I just need to eat less.
