I had success with the classic Weight Watchers Selection Plan program years ago (discontinued for years) but I had trouble finding the contents of the program online. I have just found this link with all the Selection Plan details:

Wow, that is great that it is all online for free.

I actually did better on the plan before they had this plan.....the plan that allowed only 2 bread selections per day....more like the original WW plan. :D

One of the old, old WW books has the entire plan in it. It is very similar to the selection plan but the breads are far fewer.

When I started eating more food during the selection plan I stopped losing completely.

But it could also be because I am 4'11" and I just need to eat less.
