I really really want to see 140-something on Sunday and fluctuting between 150-151 is not going to cut it.
I am brainstorming on what to do to knock my weight down into the 140's. What I am thinking is trying my best to keep the heavier carbs earlier in the day. I am teetering between Original Fatsmash and Extreme as usual. I dont like to eat outside of the "Fat Smashable" foods.
so my usual foods are:
oatmeal
brown rice
lima beans
sweet potato
lean protien (fish, chicken usually for me)
low carb milk
fruits
vegetables
protein powder
egg whites
These are normally the foods that stick to.
I try to always keep both my books nearby. I do more exercise then original recommends...
The main thing that I am always trying to work the program in a way so that it doesn't feel like a diet.. in a stress free way.
So anyway, today I am planning to not have too many carbs close to bed time.
I have some mahi mahi thawing out now. So tonights meals will probably just be fish and small salad greens with lowfat dressing... (lean, good protein and low calorie)
I also want to hit the gym again, but BEFORE dinner. I have learned that when I workout late at night, I get hungry afterward... and then I get upset because I am eating too close to bed time. So I would like to get that 2nd workout in before dinner.

I also need to make sure I eat enough so that I wont go looking for food in the middle of the night. haha.
Right now I am not keeping excessive food in the fridge because of that "wanting to eat at night" thing. So my fridge is not stocked with a lot of fruits and yogurts because these are things that I can easiliy pull out and eat at night. I read that when you get up in the middle of the night to eat its from not eating enough in the day time.... but with trying to lose weight.. that's just too damn bad. I need to be at a calorie deficit. I want the weight off! STEADY weightloss is the aim.
So I need to see 14X on Sunday! Even if it is 149! Let me see it! I dont want to be in the 150's at all!

oh yea.. and I am going to start taking pictures again this Sunday so I can see my changes. That really helped the last time around.
