Default Tips and tricks

Recently I started drinking homemade cinnamon tea every morning with breakfast and every night before bed because I've read that cinnamon can lower blood sugar and aid fat burning. (I make the "tea" by boiling water and mixing into it 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a few drops of milk). Is this a waste of time or could it actually help aid my weight loss? Does anyone have any successful tricks of this sort for achieving more effective weight loss?

Cinnamon is VERY good for you but I don't know about weight loss- it does help your digestive system so their may be SOME truth to it.

I've heard adding honey into that mix is even more beneficial Make sure you strain the tea before adding the honey though (I assume you do already anyways).

Not sure what you are doing but the best "tip" I can offer is to eat lots of healthy, non-processed foods and exercise daily
