. I has a lot of great info on the site to get you started and there's a community on there as well (to tell you the truth, I'm on that site everyday, where I only usually find myself on 3fc every week or so.
I would suggest getting one of the books or taking it out of the library (probably best for your to start is The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged) because it will have all the info you need, meal plans, grocery lists, tips for any occasion, plus tons of great recipes! I would highly suggest taking a look at it, it's definitely worth it in my opinion!
