This was a rough week for me. It was TOM and I was traveling for 5 days and ate out every day. I am amazed I was still able to pull a 1.5 pound loss. I will take it though! Here's to this week everyone!

I agree!!! I'll take my .2 because it's .2 further from that dreaded 200! I will be so glad when I have a 10 pound cushion between me and the 2s. I never want to see them again!!!

This was the big "woosh" I was expecting after being sick for 2 weeks. Drank at least 100oz. of water a day to combat the dehydration from the previous 2 weeks.

Well, I really don't know what to say. I am tired of busting my a-- 5-6 days a week and not seeing the results on the scale. I am even losing faith in my GWF. I came off of a THREE month plateau, to lose a couple of pounds the last two weeks, and now nothing again. Next week is that TOM so I know the scale is going to be awful to me. I am just really depressed and ready to throw in the towel. Sorry to be the downer but I am extremely happy for everyone that made great progress this week. Keep up the good work!

Hi ladies - I wasn't recording for a few days so no stats this week and I'm going to be out of town next week, so It's going to be another 2 weeks or so before I can post a full week of stats. Given I'm going to be out of the country and no idea what I'm eating so I guess I'll be happy enough to maintain or hopefully just lose 1 or 2 lbs.

Have a good couple of weeks!

Which state did you take and when do you expect results? You can focus on losing weight to distract you from the forever long and excruciating wait for results.
I took the Missouri Bar Exam. The exam was yesterday and today. Results don't come out until April 20th...ugh. I didn't quite make it the first time I took the exam, hence the extra lbs added. Anyway....

I will be restarting our fun challenge at 139. My goal weight is 125.

Don't be so hard on yourself Im sure your losing fat. I went to my nutritionist yesterday after eating and she said I gained a pound but I knew I hadn't since I weighed myself that morning and was actually down a pound since last time I saw her which was before XMAS. So she gave me this thing to hold that measures my body fat % and I had dropped a whole percentage point. I had started working out again on Monday so it actually made me feel better that I was losing fat even though my weight had stayed the same. You will probably lose your weight in a woosh like some of the other ladies. Keep doing what your doing and it will pay off in the long run

As carlyjordon has already talked about, you might want to check you BF % (with a reliable method, not one of the scales that gives you BF % too - they are almost always BS). I've lost all of 5 pounds since this time last month, but I've dropped 1.7% BF. No towel throwing just yet. Are you taking measurements other than the scale number? How do your jeans fit? Look for other signs of improvement and don't let the scale be your everything. No giving up, the only way to fail is to give up.

Also, don't discredit the feeling you gain when you can walk up a couple flights of stairs without arriving at your office door winded and out of breath. Even if I don't drop lbs, that's always a good indicator that I am on the right track.

Even though I didn't lose weight I did lose inches from exercising and my pants are getting loose. Plus I walked for a hour while watching tv I have been doing this everyday since Monday and I was able to increase the speed since 2.0 mph at a 2.0 incline felt easy. That speed and incline used to be torture but now its not that hard. My fitness level is improving.

Congrats on surviving the actual sitting for the exam part of the whole ordeal. I know how much the waiting part stinks, but I'm sure you passed it this time.

We have nearly the same weight this week and the exact same ending goal. I'll have to see if I can keep up with you
