I figured this week would be a little lower than my target since the last two weeks had been higher. I'm very happy with my 6.3 pound loss over the last 3 weeks. In the next few weeks I may be adjusting my program since I'm only now starting my 4th week with the bugg.

I survived a quick trip to NY and the Superbowl with no gain....I consider that a success for the week. I will try to step it up this week!

Deana

Weekly Calories Consumed: 12,252
Target Weekly Weight Loss: 2 pounds
Actual Weekly Weight Loss: 1.1 pounds

My goal for next week is to work on getting my calories higher on my running days. But I do think it's a testament to the power of working with your actual numbers that the scale is actually moving again for me after a THREE month plateau, by eating MORE. I ate around 2,000 calories for 3 days out of this past week.

Ladies I am dead tired, and this blizzard is making me want to go back under the covers. I will check in later on. Keep up the good work! Imagine we are already down week 2 and working on week 3!

Thanks Deana!
I thought it would hurt me being sick for the last week, especially since I'm not moving as much. But I made sure to still track what I ate and stayed on track. Being sick is such a mental thing for me.

Ok, I have a question. Is the Target Weekly Weight Loss based on our goal over the 17 weeks or can I find that somewhere in the activity manager of my GWF? If I lost more this week than my Target does that mean next week my Target for the goal should be adjusted? Sorry, I'm just anal about making sure I am doing this right.
Updated-> Based on my recent lightbulb going off on calculations for what my GWF says I should have lost. The numbers say I should have lost around 3.1 pounds. I am pretty amazed how accurate this is. This is truly one of my best weight loss purchases ever. I can see using this long after I have reached my goal as well.

Nice Job ladies!
My numbers will be slightly off each week cause I only weigh in whole numbers.
BTW if anyone sucks at math like I do this page helps you get the percentage of weight loss:

I just took the calories burned divided by 7 and divided that by 3500. Didn't know if we were supposed to use the target programed into our online tracker or our target that we actually ended up aiming for. (i.e. my program aims for 2 per week but I usually exceed that)
