I think - and please, correct me if I'm wrong! - that you post your starting weight on Wednesday this week, then your first weigh-in where you're shooting for a loss will be the 10th. That's how I'm figuring things but like I said, I've been wrong before.

My goal by June 2nd is to lose 30 pounds as well (although 40 would ROCK!). I just started my Ironman/Triathlon training program today officially so I should be getting lots of great calorie burn going on all this spring.

Weigh in on Feb 3rd: TBD as of the 1st it's 189.

Anyway this will be good encouragement to get my to put my armband back on. I've been recording my food on the bodybugg site but I've been a slacker and had the arm band off for a few weeks now.

OrganizedChaos Kristi, I've "seen" you on another thread (300+) nice to "see" you again :-) !! I haven't had my GWF all that long..not even a month yet but I love seeing the numbers right in front of me...it has been a huge help and a great tool with my weight-loss so far!


Ok...I'm also going to go for 40 pounds!!

I'm going to weigh tomorrow which will be my "starting" weight for the challenge. Then on the 10th I will post my stats.

Ok challengers, tomorrow is our official Day 1 weigh-in, stats and goals post. I am excited about this. I really don't want any of us to "fall of the wagon". So let's keep each other accountable and AT A MINIMUM commit to posting our stats weekly. I think that even if we don't stick 100% with our GWF, it will hold us accountable to know that we have to 'check in' with each other weekly. I am excited and nervous!

I'm really curious to see how close I can get to the goals in my activity manager. I know I come close to the calories eaten, but the calories burned is a bit rougher - so seeing my stats on a weekly basis is going to be very interesting. Or frustrating. Or motivating.
