CONGRATS, Kristi! Whoo Hoo! You have found what works well for you! That's amazing!

I'm joining the challenge, way late, because I just recv'd my GWF yesterday. I thought how perfect that today's Wednesday, weigh in day for the challenge. We'll see if I can make a difference with the data provided from GWF. I have been stuck at this weight for 1 month! Come on scale! MOVE!

Not sure why I got the whoosh this week, but I'll take it. I have been walking 3 miles a day and this past week I started putting in a few .25 mile jogs during my walk and I am finally seeing vigorous exercise on my physical activity log.

I'll take it! I had a tough week at times because of "tom" and also because my parents gave me a graduation celebration luncheon and I kind of freaked out about how to count the calories of the food. Hopefully, this week, I can get back on strict calorie counting. But I will take my 1 pound loss and carry on! I think I see 100 pounds lost soon...at least I hope so!

Boy I am really late on joining the bandwagon but I'm just wondering if you've started up another challenge group. I have my GWF on for the first time in months today and I am feeling enthused But feel I need some other people to keep me enthused in the long run!

Anytime would be great. I live in the southern hemisphere so for me it would be a challenge to get in shape for summer - the sooner I start the better! Anyone else in?
