anyone willing to post their loss since starting using their BB GWF?
I am 30 down...never thought I would get there! I am not sure at thing point what my ultimate goal will be but if I can maintain what I am eating (quanity wise) and my daily burn I am happy to keep plugging away!

Today was my first weigh-in and I was down 3 pounds. My deficit was set up for 1.25 pounds but I did a bit better I think just because my body was in shock that I was actually moving. Haha

For those having problems contacting Customer Support for the GWF, I would suggest email. They're really quick about getting back to you (like, within a business day) and once you respond back, they're even quicker with following up (within 30 minutes, amazing!).

I've had 2 great experiences with contacting CS (one was a general question and the other was an actual problem) and it's super quick as compared to waiting on the phone.

Woo, new thread!

I have lost almost 23 pounds since getting my GWF in August. I'm not sure what the GWF says I SHOULD have lost and I'm not going to hold it to it too much because I have a few random weeks where I forgot to log food or estimate calories from fitday PC so I didn't hold up my user-input of the bargain. Having a bodymedia armband, no matter which one, is just incredible for the feedback. I have corrected what could have been a "you are on a weight gain trend" day more than once, by looking up my burn rate so far and comparing it to my calories in. GWF powers, activate! Even if my deficit is 32 calories, I avoided a net gain (and if I ate good clean foods I can sometimes even come out ahead of the game with a "metabolism boosting" day of food.)

I have been using it for 3 weeks and I have lost 8.4. I just added up my calorie defecits and it shows I should have lost 8.63. Can't get anymore accurate than that!

I have been back wearing mine for the last couple of weeks. I am averaging approx 6000 steps a day. I just got the go ahead to increase my walking from 1 mile a day up to as much as 2 miles a day (I am 6 weeks post op back surgery) I am looking forward to getting back up to 10,000 steps a day.

I am dying to weigh in, even though I've only been wearing it one day LOL but next week is also my TOM so I don't know if I want to weigh in next week because I tend to gain weight during that time of month. I can't wait to see what my calorie burn will be this Saturday. I plan to basically lay around and watch all the backlog on my DVR :-)

Today was not even a running day for me and thus far it says I have burned 3108 calories. I did do Jillian's No More Trouble Zones though. I am excited to get at least a week's worth of data. AGHHH

Has any one ever INCREASED their calories based on the info from the GWF? Even if I assume I burned 400 calories from Jillians Workout, that would still mean I burned 2708 calories thus far for the day (which does include a lot of walking because of the area I live in). I have been trying to stay around 1400 calories (eaten) and have not been losing weight. If after a week my average daily calorie burn hovers around 3000, should I increase my calorie intake to 2,000? Or even 1,700 (to split the difference?). Has any one done this?

I try not to have more than a 1000 cal deficit a day. I usually burn about 3000k a day and try to eat about 2k. I usually end up most days around 1800. Each week I try to have a high day ( 2300ish) and a low day ( 1300ish).

I plan on ordering a GWF on Monday do you ladies recommend any sites that charge less? Also when you get the GWF do you have to call somewhere to get it activated? I heard there is a 3 month free trial but Im not sure. Im getting so tired of guessing how many calories I burn. Also how much is the monthly cost of keeping it activated? Also what type of arm band does it have does it come in large and medium? I don't know what size armband I will need. Im impatient so once it gets here I want to wear it right away and if the arm band is to big or too small then that would really suck lol. Thanks ladies
