Is this first week basically going to not be real anyway since it has to "get to know me" first?? Just a few questions I have been thinking about. Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated.
one last thing ... I think the post above regarding wearing it in the bra was interesting. I live in Florida so that definitely seems interesting, but it did give me one concern. I dont know how to say this without just saying it, (kind of gross, but its a reality)... does anyone think the sweat (more sweat in the underarm bra area, than on the outside of the arm) would adversely affect it??

The unit is sealed pretty well the only difference would be in the USB port. I just put an piece of tape over that area. I will be wiping it down periodically with cleaning wipe to keep it from getting to funky. Also, I'm planning on alternating were it is worn. If I know I'm going to be working out I will put it on my arm, but for in the office or going out at night the bra is appealing. It's not as noticeable and it gives my arm a break from the band. Also because I move in my sleep a lot I've ended up with bruises so I no longer sleep with it on.

I never thought about wearing it in my bra....interesting!!!! do u think it counts accurately when its in the bra?
So I have now been wearing my GWF for 36 days and I am still in love with it. I have lost 18lbs since wearing it. It does not ever come off unless I am taking a shower. I hope everyone is having awesome results with it also. I would like to hear what other peoples results r. Stay strong everyone and keep getting your fitness on.lol

Sarcruze - great job on the weight loss. I would be over the top happy if I were to be able to lose 18 lbs in 36 days!! This is my first full day wearing my GWF and I can tell it is going to be a long day! My actual numbers are alot lower than my guestimated numbers it gave me for most of yesterday. LOL, I guess that means I need to get my butt moving more!!
Congrats on the awesome weight loss!!

I have been out of town and didn't get to update or check the thread while I was gone! Ah--!
Kristi~sorry to hear about the washing machine incident! Look at your great progress, though!
I am still struggling, of course being out of town and not on my normal schedule was a big challenge for me. We did walk the city a lot, but it wasn't easy to rely on restaurants for 3 meals a day. Lots of tempting foods lurking around.
I'm getting back on track and hope to find the few pounds I need to get to 100 down.
If anyone wants to do a challenge, I'm up for it. I missed out on the other summer challenges in other threads.

My numbers were lower as well the number i focus on is the deficit number. Because i also eat less than the what it says i can eat. so i don't feel too bad about not burning as many as it tells me to.

Thanks FloridaGirl1970: To me this lil device is my personal trainer. I also bought the wristband so I can keep tabs on my progress throughout the day. I set my own calories to 1300 and my deficit is 1000. I Usually eat between 1300-1500 calories a day and my deficit is usually 2000 sumtimes a lil more. I just constanly try to keep moving. It helps that I am standing on my feet at work for 9hrs. And while I am sitting and reading stuff on the computer, I usually am doing some arm workouts with my hand weights. Or I'll lay on the floor doing leg exercises while I am watching t.v. Good Luck with your GWF. It takes time to figure it all out and see what works best for u.

Hello,
I just got started with the Body Bugg and was wondering where on the Body Bugg sight is the place where you can set the alarm for you armband for various times to eat and exercise. My counselor said this to me and I can't remember what she said.
Thanks for your answers,
Melanie in Colorado
