This eating plan seems like a great fit for me; however, after browsing the website and these forums, I can't figure out one thing. Are salad dressings allowed? If so, what kinds? Or should I stick to simple salad vinegars?

I'm on the Extreme Fat Smash and I'm allowed two-three tablespoons of low-fat or non-fat dressing however I prefer salsa. I use two tablespoons of salsa as my dressing.

The Fat Smash book says in Phase I you can have up to 3 tblsp. of low-fat dressing.
