Searching for 1-2 servings Recipes

I am searching for Sugar-free,Low-Carb,Low-Glycemic and Fungus-free Recipes that are 1-2 servings.It is VERY difficult Cooking for 1 Person.If I had Recipes for one,it will help me refrain from going back for seconds.
