I'm about ready to start The Flat Belly Diet..and I was wondering if anyone else has tried it? And if so, what were your results and overall feelings towards it? Also..for those who have followed it all the way from start to finish...do you have to use the recipes it gives you for the Four Weeks? Or can you use recipes from the cookbook instead?

i cant post the link because my post count is too low but i once googled 'flat belly diet is a scam' and the first article that came up was by a doctor on a website that was something like 'everyday health' and he debunks most of it. there are positive comments below it, but it might be something to read for interest, even if you choose not to take any of it onboard.
