I started the Perfect 10 Diet last Sunday and have lost weight without a problem this first week. My questions are "Is anyone else doing this?" "What are you using for recipes when the recipes aren't given?" "Where did you find full fat organic yogurt?"
Overall, the diet has been very easy and I have lost at least 7 pounds, according to the WII
! I haven't felt hungry or wanted to snack or eat what my husband or children are eating so I thought that was wonderful.
I did the Fat Smash over 2 years ago and lost 50 pounds-with a move, job change and second job change, all are back now plus more. So this was my life change for 2010.
Any help that can be given in terms of food, meals, etc or just support would be great!
