I just found this fascinating article about body types and temperament. It led me to start thinking differently about my body type and what kind of eating, exercise, and emotional support plan I might need to reach my goals. It is the result of William Sheldon's study of the three basic body types: endomorph, ectomorph, and mesomorph. I found that I am somewhere between an endomorph and ectomorph, with personality traits closer to that of an ectomorph.
