It is sooo healthy; I feel great on it..the problem is that the book is confusing. I never did buy it; I just followed the guidelines in the book review section on the Diet Books forum of 3FC. Just keep it simple. I don't think there is any magic in 9 days..never did give up coffee, I mean, *really...not gonna happen..still, if I am following correctly, myfitday registers ~1400 calories..over the top fiber..great healthy eating. Just don't get caught up in the "I have to do it perfectly" thing...or "am I allowed?"..common sense goes a long way.
