I know everyone is different and I just ordered the book so I have a lot of questions until I get it. I just started today because I have the food list from online, but I was just wondering how much weight you all have lost on Phase 1?
I just started this week (originally did it for one day before Christmas then quit) so I don't know yet. I will say that I have felt more energized and just overall better while following the plan. I will weigh myself after I go back to phase I. I'm restarting the 9 days tomorrow since I had some things off the list for NYE. I'm not sure if I should just add one day or start a whole new 9 days over again?
