How much weight do you lose on Phase 1?
I know everyone is different and I just ordered the book so I have a lot of questions until I get it. I just started today because I have the food list from online, but I was just wondering how much weight you all have lost on Phase 1?

I just started this week (originally did it for one day before Christmas then quit) so I don't know yet. I will say that I have felt more energized and just overall better while following the plan. I will weigh myself after I go back to phase I. I'm restarting the 9 days tomorrow since I had some things off the list for NYE. I'm not sure if I should just add one day or start a whole new 9 days over again?:?:

Thanks for the reply, if it were me I would start the 9 nine days over. It just helps me to start over and I put it in my journal so if I slip again I know when I started from day 1.

I have a much harder time losing weight than most people it seems- so the 6 pounds in 9 days was amazing for me. (I think it was 6, maybe it was 8).

I had great results and lost nearly 11 pounds!!!
