Default Lean for life (lindora program)

I see a few old threads regarding this plan but is there anyone currently doing this program? Thanks Jeanie

I tried it over the summer and I could not do it at all. It worked great for my aunt who wanted to lose weight before her daughter's wedding, but for me, it was just too strict and not something I could do for the rest of my life.

Default lean for life- FYI

At www.riteaid.com, they are starting a FREE lindora partnership with some online tools. I am going to check it out. As long as it is free, there is no dwnside.

Lindora or Lean for Life has been around for over 20 years. It's a balanced plan that suffers only from the fat phobia of the time. I know of a few people who were successful on it.

I looked at the RiteAid site, and the tools are straight out of the Lean for Life book, so it's good info for free.
