I tried it over the summer and I could not do it at all. It worked great for my aunt who wanted to lose weight before her daughter's wedding, but for me, it was just too strict and not something I could do for the rest of my life.
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below: 3/24/15
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
