I'm NCSmasher! I had followed the plan to a T for about a month back in April/May 09 but fell off the wagon. I've gained more weight back and am at my highest weight. I want to regain control of my eating and am going to get back on the plan. My question is, should I go ahead and start today or wait until after the holiday? OR should I follow the plan today and just add an extra day in detox so that I can enjoy dessert and Christmas dinner?
