My husband and I are on our 5th week of "Crack the Fat Loss Code". So far we have had great success. I have lost a total of 14 pounds and my husband has lost 10. I want to get into a size 6 again, my before husband size
. I started at a tight size 12 and am in between the 10 and 12 depending on the clothing. Feelin good!
I have even fallen off the diet a few times due to various reasons. Primarily being unprepared. I just got done with finals at school yesterday and I allowed myself to take the day off. I didn't go crazy but I did relax. We went out to eat.
The one thing I have discovered is I eat less and certain foods fill me up very quickly.
I do wish I could talk with Wendy or the boot camp people. I am confused on a few points in her book. I tried to contact them through the web-site but was unsucessful. Wendy has passed away and left her legacy behind.
My questions are based around carbs-Her "Wendy's Turker Burger on Un-Bun" is listed as a starch with only 6 grams of carbs. So how many carbs to reach a "S" status?
I also had some questions about the protein amount. It seems like a lot to me so I eat what I am comfortable with.
Anybody with any input I would be happy to hear from.
