I really like it so far. I am on the last day of my third module, Protein Stretch. You have to do the first two modules in order, and then do the rest in any order you want. For my first go-through, I'm doing them in the order they are in the book, so I can get an idea of what each module is like. I started on Jan 5th and have lost 8 lbs. so far. I'm trying to follow as close to the plan as I can, but with the amount of exercise the plan recommends, I'm not feeling too guilty about making some minor substitutions here and there.
The first day of Induction (first and mandatory module) was rough, b/c I was going from eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted (hence the reason I need the diet!), to eating really healthy. After that it's been fine. Induction kind of reminded me of EFS, to be honest. Lots of beans, brown rice, and salads. This weekend is my husband's birthday, so luckily the Smooth module is the next one on my list!
I recommend the book, I am seeing results and not feeling too deprived of anything.
