I too saw the article on First Magazine and was intrigued enough to get the book. It looks like Atkins which is good because I love meat

... But still allows me to eat some carbs and loads of veggies coz i love them too

I'm planning to start on Monday July 28 and I'm excited but cautiously skeptical because as we all know it seems too good to be true. I aim to b consistent (my biggest challenge since I have a love affair with food and its various flavours). Above all I plan to enjoy the journey and the learining experience because for me those are the best things in life.
My encouragement to everyone is this: Love yourself. Believe you can achieve. And if you fall, take a moment to cry.... then inhale, exhale and get up and go again.
