After not eating for an entire day and half, I decided I actually want to join a program where I can keep the weight off forever
I wasn't hungry. I know I could have fasted for the rest of the week if I wanted to, but I didn't. Whats the point? I mean it won't keep off forever.
I would like to hear how much weight you lose on weight watchers. I'd like to keep it off but I'd like to lose it at a good pace, not too slow.
Is weight watchers really something I can do for the rest of my life? I'm 16 btw.
EDIT: Maybe move this to the weight watchers board?
