I've just heard about it today, but it promises to help you lose 25 pounds in six weeks.

The "results" pictures look amazing, but I'm not sure.

Has anyone tried this out?

I have the workouts. I didn't follow that diet plan, but the workouts sure work! I didn't lose a lot of weight during the 6 weeks, just a few pounds, but I did lose inches.

I know this is going to sound like a dumb question, but how can you lose inches without losing pounds?

Because muscle takes up less volume than fat, so you shrink while staying the same weight or with little weight loss.
