Hi all,
I just bought the GI Diet book today and am interested in trying it. The only thing I don't understand is how pasta and white potatoes are so prevalent throughout the diet.
I have always been aware of how carbs hit my system, and basically anything like pasta, rice and white potatoes never keep me satisfied, and I am hungry like an hour later.
The rest of the GI diet makes sense to me, but this pasta and rice business does not.
Any thoughts?
