Talking Self-Help books

I think that self-help books are great . I am a strong advocate of self-help books - well, I am a strong advocate for books in general However, I find that it can be difficult to find great self-help books; I've read many, and only once in a while do I find a definite keeper.

Right now I am looking for books on personal power, self-esteem, etc. I have just started reading "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyways" by Susan Jeffers. Has anyone read this book? What do you think of it?

Are there other books that are on your to-read list? Any recommendations?
