Ok I found fitday created my own checked make public but how do I get it to post under my name in here? Sorry but I guess I am a little illiterate huh? Thanks in advance

Go to the tab for User CP on the top of the 3FC page. Go to Edit Profile. Under the Additional Information section there's a spot for fitday where you enter your fitday ID. It should show up here then.
