Default Oprah's show on Thursday is on Weightloss, if You're Interested
Just wanted to let you know tomorrow's (Thursday) Oprah show is on weightloss. I don't know about you but that's when I'm curious to see her shows. Anyway she's got on Dr. Oz and the title is "Don't Spend Another Winter Fat" featuring - Dr. Oz's weight loss plan . Four foods that will crush cravings, shrink your waist and drop a dress size in 10 days. I guess it's worth taking a look if you've got the time. We shall see.

Jasmine, Oprah's not on cable she's on regular free television. I'll let you know if they said anything worthwhile.

I think I saw advertised that the Kirstie Alley "Bikini Reveal" is a separate show, maybe on Monday, but I'm not positive.

I have just joined 3fatchicks to-night and it was great to see that this program will be on Thursday. I also saw on Discovery Health on Friday evening, Dr Oz is talking about food and health.

Okay so not I've seen the show. No real new revelations, stuff we all know around here. I didn't hear them mention 4 foods that stop cravings. The olentum thing was a little creepy and kind of an eye opener. I guess it all boils down to this extra weight is not so good and will take years off my life, as if I didn't know that already. But it was good to hear it again, a little more motivation is always welcome.
