Peanut butter.
Peanuts. Peanut butter cookies. Peanut M&Ms. And cheesecake, which (alarmingly) is just about the only thing I can cook/bake with any real skill/success.
Oh, and anything that comes in a container labeled "Ben & Jerry's."
Also (weirdly) commericals for pizza on TV. Papa Gino's, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc. I usually have to change the channel! And oddly I had a somewhat crazed response to the french fries shown on a McDonald's commerical yesterday. But it IS that-time-of-the-month so I blame the hormones.
Back to the peanut thing: my trainer says it seems peanut butter is the biggest trigger food for A LOT of her clients. She thinks there's something in the pesticides used on peanut fields that has an addictive quality. Interesting thought. And rather scary!
