cupcake pans! all those little spaces..I made some small cupcakes because a couple of days I wanted something chocolaty..and it keeps my calories in check when I make little individual cupcakes..not the healthiest I know..but I did...I know it's silly. Maybe I should just throw the pan out..then I wouldn't be tempted to make them anymore...

Can you use those little paper cups in the pan? I use those when making muffins (I spray them lightly with cooking spray so the paper doesn't stick to the muffins - lower fat muffins tend to stick more in my experience) and it makes cleaning the pan a lot easier.

yes..little paper cups is probably what most people use..so it makes it easier. Hey! Why didn't I think about that. lol....I make things so much harder than it has to be sometimes. I don't know why I don't buy those things or have thought about buying them..but I will buy them for the next time. Silly me!
