I plan to have a steak for dinner tonight and hamburgers for the kids!
(And a huge salad!)
Did you know that carni val means "goodbye meat" in Latin??
Cool huh!

Now for Lent this year, (I'm Catholic) I can't quite figure out what to give up!
I quit smoking 2 weeks ago, I'm eating better/dieting/excercising, I only drink on Sunday's and even that is just 2 drinks!
So what do I have left to give up???????
