Wink Newbie to the Site
Hi everyone,
I am new here and I am looking forward to getting support with losing weight. I joined TOPS, January 3, 2006 and so far I have lost 7 lbs but I need to lose about 75 - 80 lbs. I am diabetic to boot! So I do have a food plan to follow as I use the exchange plan. I have finally got serious about losing my weight so I am really looking forward to getting to know you all as well as get the support and hopefully I can help some of you too!

I'm a newbie too! But so far I like what I see here. I think it will definately be a daily pit stop for motivation.

Congrats on 7 pounds so far, Wheezy!!

There's a forum for Dieting with Obstacles You might be able to find tips and tricks to help with dealing with the diabetes. This is a really neat bunch of folks - you will enjoy it here.
