I eat velamints all day long...satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps my mouth busy. Just don't eat a whole tin in one day - your toungue will be raw...
It might be better if you don't ask how I know that.
Also a big fan of snack sized bags of lowfat kettlecorn...100 calories and shuts me up for a while...
What else? In the winter - soup can be a quick warm me up...I especially like the kind that come in a resealable carton...butternut squash with ginger and tomato with roasted red peppers...they run about 100 calories a cup.
Baby carrots...I'm making myself hungry - it's lunchtime over here...
