How do I get a ticker to put in my siggy? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Can anyone tell me how I can get one of those cool tickers for my siggy?
I found the ticker, but don't know how to put it in my siggy. Can someone please help me out?! I am new here and am trying to get the site all figured out!

Uh, I just found it!!! I guess if I'd scroll around the site some I'd find a whole lot more!
