Diet Power; it's absolutely excellent!! It does all that and much more. I've used it since I started, and I consider it a key component in my success thus far. I can't tell you how much I love it! Do a search on here using "diet power" and also "dietpower," and you'll come up with a number of times it's been referred to or discussed here at 3FC. (Often by me!
) It's free to try out for a month, then there's a cost of I think 50 dollars, and I use it at home and work and can send information from one to the other to keep them both updated. I have a disk, so I can install it on any computer I have, and you don't have to be online to use it. THere's so much more......but anyway, it does what you request, and much, much more....you set a weight goal and it tracks your metabolism and projects your achieval rate vs. your goal on a graph, adjusting daily.......plus much more....
