I haven't seen this posted anywhere...did anyone see it? Three people had to lose weight before they qualified for the makeover, they lost alot of weight in less than six weeks. I would like to find a website that shows a plan that they followed. The second part of this show will be this Thursday and I can't wait to see how it turns out. I was impresses with their follow thru, but I would be too if I could get all that work done for free and a camera was on me 24/7!

I watched that too. All 3 people had different menu plans as well - will be interesting to see the conclusion.

The diet plan they followed was The 6 week body makeover by Michael Thurman --He is the guy that was showing them the exercises. He has a web site and sells the body makeover. I think on the exercise forem here at 3 fat chicks there is some info on this.

It was an interesting show! I'm looking forward to the second part. I'm very glad that they addressed the need for diet and exercise as part of a makeover and not just focusing on the surgery.
