Default the motivation thread

weaker than id like to be. was looking for a method of motivation. figured a post a day in some forum making a declaration will yield better performance. starting declaration:

1. trying to only eat things ive never eaten before. will update how it goes

feel free to share your own goals. in attempt of sucking some motivation from online strangers

First, welcome, because I see this is your first post!

Let's see- my goal tonight is not to eat everything in the house, because I have cravings! I just had a carrot, since it's a little sweet. Hoping that tides me over!

5 lbs to goal!

Chickflick, your goal to only eat things you've never eaten before would not work for me, as being a foodie, I've eaten most things at least once.

EagleRiverDee, I just can't eat raw carrots for some reason, but lately I've been having celery sticks with peanut butter and they help me avoid other things I should not be eating.

My goal for today is to only eat when I'm hungry, and have it be something nutritional when I do eat. The things I don't eat today, cannot show up on my hips tomorrow.
