Hi Glamour girl,
I am exactly the way you spoke of yourself - I cannot seem to make any girl friends. I am also very socially shy and inhibited person by nature. I fear approaching anyone new by myself first and also, I cannot take a conversation to new heights when spoken to. I am naive and speak out a lot of things plainly. I noticed that majority of women carry none of these traits. I noticed that women are more emotionally intelligent than 'plain-speaking mankind'. Women, in my opinion, like other emotionally smarter women and not plain, simple-minded, shy women. For this reason, I have not befriended any woman! Only 1 other woman is my friend and she too seeks me for occasional comfort as she is going through some tough times in her life. I have always been this way since my childhood. But these days, I do not crave friendship with females. This is because, if all other women want are cleverness and some flowery, useless talk, and would reject genuine empathy, and a helpful and appreciative hand, then I don't need them in my life either!
