Default Sleep study results "PLMD index?"

I was diagnosed periodic limb movement disorder and restless legs syndrome. I have a question my PLMD index was 14.5/hr. it was mostly non disruptive. On a severity scale where does 14.5/hr fall?

I'm not sure about the statistics, but if the leg movements are not disruptive, that's a good thing. How does RLS affect your sleep and weight in general? I have same - and sleep apnea as well. RLS is my greatest obstacle because I'm sleep-deprived because of it. Very common disorder, I understand.

The PLM Index (PLMI) is calculated by dividing the total number of PLMs by sleep time in hours. Periodic Limb Movements Index of more than 5 and less than 25 is considered mild; PLMI of >25 and <50 is considered moderate and >50 is severe. The diagnosis of PLM disorder can be made when patients present with insomnia, tiredness and daytime sleepiness in the presence of a high PLMI. Sometimes spouses can complain that their partners kick their legs during sleep.
