Default Hysterectomy

Has anyone else underwent one?
I'm trying to get back on track and luckily
not gained weight yet my weightloss is
slowly coming off. I'm not complaining
but I was hoping to meet others with this
issue so I could know I'm not alone.

I had a Total abd hysterectomy pretty
recently. I've read it can make weight loss
a challenge but so far I think it might
bnot be true.I hope that's a correct
assumption.

Please respond if you too have this to
add to you struggles.

Me too! Had one 6 years ago. Weight is creeping off now. I take hormone replacement creams and my IP coach said maybe I should have those levels checked again. She said abdominal fat can be estrogen overload. I get my IP at my doctor's office. So, want to look into that. Do you take any hormone replacement yet? Hot flashes will probably follow if you don't, just saying...
