This is me very recently.
It took me seven months to lose 59 pounds. (My Goal Story is attached to my signature.) I've kept it off within a 2-4 pound range for two years, and have recently struggled to stay below my "red line" of 130.
I do not work out very much anymore, due to two torn ankle ligaments and excercise induced migraines. But I still enjoy "Fun Runs" and silly Zumba.
Hubby is deployed for the sixth time, and it has been hard emotionally. I don't have the motivation I used to have in order to make good food choices most of the time. It's a slippery slope! I'm back to basics now and feeling much better. I got the chance to live out a dream and pose for a 40s/50s Pin-Up photo shoot for my husband.
Although I don't post as much, I come on here every few days to check in and get reaffirmed in what I'm supposed to be doing. It keeps me accountable!
