once again, 3fc is a fountain of information! I had never thought about facial exercises. You who do them - which ones do you do (is there a book or website you would recommend)?

I don't really take good care of my skin. It was great for a long time and I took it for granted. Maybe I need to start doing some exercises! I am nearly 40 and definitely have the beginnings of crows feet, saggy jaw line, scowl line and cheek folds. Fun
